Host a special event for up to 12 people at the Mahanay Memorial Carillon Tower in the Paul Nally Observation Deck. This deck is accessed by an elevator. It is a unique venue for a dinner, lunch, coffee, birthday party, cocktail party, wedding, shower, etc.
Rent this space for $75 for a 2 hour period and $25 for each additional hour. A Tower staff member will be present during the event and work with you on set-up. Tables and chairs are available for your group to enjoy the beautiful view! Restaurants in Jefferson could be contacted to cater refreshments or a meal – or bring your own.
Reservations may be made by calling Jefferson Matters at 515-386-2155 or stopping at their office at The Welcome Center at 201 E Lincoln Way in Jefferson between office hours of 10 am – 4 pm.
A deposit will be required with the following rental agreement.
